We are not responsible for delays due to external factors like traffic or weather. Liability is limited to order value.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Technical or pricing errors
• Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

• Order canceled by restaurant
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed
• Incorrect or undelivered order

3.4 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
